Hot Stamping Hologram
Hologram hot stamping foils are frequently employed to transfer holographic images onto surfaces using the hot stamping process.
There are two types of hologram hot stamping foils: 1. Positioning hot stamping, which involves an optical eye mark for precise placement; and, 2. Non-positioning hot stamping, which doesn't rely on specific alignment marks.
Following the hot stamping process, the hologram foil becomes permanently affixed to the surface of the object, rendering it non-removable. As a result, no tamper-proof function is necessary.
When designing security features, it's important to note that certain advanced anti-counterfeiting features may not be suitable for use due to the potential loss of resolution during the hot stamping process. For instance, intricate and interchangeable nano-text and micro-text might be affected.
Positioning hologram hot stamping foil is commonly employed for advanced anti-counterfeiting purposes, including university certificates and transcripts, cash vouchers, bond certificates, brand labels, and more.
The pattern of non-positioning hologram hot stamping foil, whether customized or with ordinary patterns, is typically distributed continuously. This allows any area on the hot stamping foil to be used for the hot stamping process on the object.
